St. Patrick's Day Fun!

J.B. and I started out by trying to make 3 leaf clovers from pretzels and
white chocolate with green sprinkles.
We agreed that they needed a stem - so next year.

J.B. did a few leprechaun mazes

We had some extra house guest for the day  - So we got
out the finger paints and did some clover painting.

I just printed of some different size clovers on card-stalk paper
Cut out some clover stamps from some sponges,
and gave them one color at a time.

After everyone cleaned up.... which took a while!
We finished our day with a game Roll the coins

They boys would roll the dice - 1 at a time.
Then I would hand out coin stickers for the number rolled
They did a great job taking turns.

If You Give A Moose a Muffin?

We were working on our school - I came out of the room to find this calf moose
standing at the door - it was a little startling....
The kids loved it!

I watched it's mom and this guy lay in the yard all morning
Never thought it would come to the door.

This little guy really wanted in.... He stood there for a long time.

He walked around the house and looked in another window.
Stroeter our dog had no idea - I thought that was pretty funny.

Off to eat some our shrubs....

Afterward we read If You Give a Moose a Muffin.
No we did not feed this moose any muffins.....
because we know what happens if you do.
(LOL)
